Reliance Communications — Rude reply by customer care executive for wrong deduction | |||||
Dear Sir I am a reliance prepaid customer since last 10 years my no. is [protected], they make wrong deduction and without satisfactory reply they claim that we had used GPS and so they deducted, but even if we ask them for last 5 deductions they deny to provide and the executive says that they do not posses information after three days so then how can they so surely say that the deduction was what for.
