[Resolved] Reliance Communications — sending bills after disconnecting broadband connection. | |||
I have disconnected their pathetic broadband connection in june 2016, and despite paying f&f amount they are still sending bill o[censored]nreal amounts. Above that they start sending threating smses, that i must appear in delhi high court or they will register a criminal case against my fmily. On the other hand they have pathetic help line (Customer care :[protected] and hopeless local support. When ever i call their local office for clarification either they dont pick up or talk like a sadak chhap goon that i must pay whatever is the bill. I sent them numerous mails ([protected]@relianceada.com) but did not get any responce till date. I am now planning to register a police complain against them.
