After I put big mail on top I got a call from a reliance rep. And he mentioned to me that he agrees and can see on his system that my services have been barred since 14th of April 2016 till date on this I asked him that according to them and me my outstanding should be from 18th March till 14th April which he calculated and gave me an amount of 2270 but yet insisted that I have to pay 4775 for me to start the connection and I said that's not right as you have agreed that my services have been barred since 14th April.
On top of that yesterday i.E. 3rd june, 2 collection guys went to my place though they were told i am not at home, and told my mom that I haven't paid my dues so they have come to collect, the called me but me being busy I cut the call whereas he called again and before I could answer the call the rep cut the call in just 2 rings, so my mother being scared seeing 2 guys paid off the amount.
Today I were given the number or their senior and when I spoke with him he said that they started my connection on 14th April and never stopped it now which is in contradiction to the previous several guys from their own company on top of this I told the guy I shall login on your website and check my own account and tell you, where I got shocked that the website is not processing my previous login data for which he tells me that sir as we are upgrading to 4G all the previous data of customers is erased, ISN'T THAT ILLEGAL?
But luckily to prove that he is lying that my services were never stopped after 14th April I have a screen shot of my account logged on 15th April which shows my connection disconnected which I am uploading on this website.
In short this proves how Reliance an Anil Dhirubhai Ambani company is cheating people but erasing the customers data and forcing a customer to pay for services they haven't provided.
Also on top though they have not resolved your issue they still have the odasity to post on this website for my previous complaint that they have resolved my issue.
