Dear Team, This is in reference to service request id:[protected] For the termination of the reliance connection The user ID is[protected] which is on the name of Prerit sood. Reliance connection was not working since 16 July 2016 and many request has been raised since then to make it right without success. In the month of July payment of 800 was made and after that no payment made as connection was not working . They were requested for waving off the due amount as connection didn't work in July, Aug, September and help returning the money to me and also terminating the services permanently. The reliance team is not helping and unnecessarily dragging the request and each time call is they one has to talk for 1 hour and then false promise ia mde without nay help. Ps: calling to the customer care was of no help as they keep on promising to help and arranging call back but in reality don't do anything . I purchased reliance jio fi device at last month, but it's speed is very slow like 2G network. i totally surprised because it's a 4G and speed comes like 2G, it must be atleast 3G speed. when i call into customer care it is not connected. Please help me. my jio fi number is : [protected]

Frequently tower is getting changed due to this there is frequent disconnection and when the data is turned off the sim tower will also be off totally so kindly rectify this problem
