[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Services activation without my concerns | |||
I am using reliance post paid connection for the past 10 years. During recent years, i am getting very annoying messages stating some xyz services are getting activated upon my request. I never ever raised any such request through any means. Even after complaining about this to customer care so many times, there are no any changes from their end. Few customer care guys talk in irresponsible way to add fuel into fire. No am seriously thinking about leaving from this network as am forced to do so by such wrong behavior by reliance.
