Reliance Communications — Services barred | |||||
Hi team, My reliance no is [protected]. Sim no is[protected] I was using cdma and then they have asked to upgrade to 4g gsm in reliance. I have done same and on 14th june 2016, my 4g gsm sim started working. But in the same month bill some extra amount was added and i have half of the bill for that month and lodged complaint for that extra amount. After that they have given waiver for that extra amount and then i have paid rest of the amount for the that month bill (On 18th july 2016 i have paid). At the same time i got message that your services are barred. From then (18th july 2016) my number is not working. So many time i have written to appelet and visited stores. Customer service guys told they have sent mail to backend team to resume your no. But till now that no is not working. I have done everything what customer care guys suggest. Please logde a complaint on priority basis as this is my primary no. Requesting you to please do needful asap. Please contact me on below no +91-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
