[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Slow net speed | |||
I am here by to complain about the very slow net speed reliance telecom is providing and charging high amount of ruppees. I had complaint about the slow 2g speed i am getting, though i had recharged for 3g pack, the speed is consistent at 10 kb/s while it should be in mb/s . The complaint reference number is[protected], they say it have been resolved but i think it hasnt even been processed. Its been a month i have been getting 2g speed insteadof 3g, though have paid for 3g. So please see to it i get what i paid for.
