[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Special offer recharge wrongly credited | |||||
I have Reliance GSM mobile no [protected]. I see Special Offer: Dialed *129# - 2. Special offfers - it show two message and #more - I dialed #more - 34=All [protected]@25p/m - I gone in details. 1. Dear Customer, Recharge with Rs 34 & get all [protected]@25p/min for 90 days. I recharged with 34. But Reliance charge 35p/min rather than 25p/min. I complained in customer care two time but he said "there is no any plan for 34 with 25p/min we cant help you". Customer care person name is Satyajeet. I checked Special offer 5 time to remove any confusion if any from my side. Please provide me all [protected]@25p/min for 90 days rather than 35p/min. Please check how I can see all [protected]@25p/min in Special offer but reliance customer care not able to see the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||
