[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Special Tariff recharge Cheating

I have Recharge my Number with special Tariff recharge of 37[All STD @ 25p/ minute for 1st 200 minutes. Post that @ 40p/ Minute]. But I am not getting benefit for it, nowcall charge is 40 p/min for every call from the recharge date i.e 4th feb 2014. I have created a complain against the same, But they are closing the ticket saying that, the plan has been changed and I will not get 200 mins of Reliance call at 25 paisa/ min.
