Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Dear sir, I am using Reliance post paid connection and my no is[protected]. Sir, I have been using Reliance std calling card for many years. Recently also I had issue in the STD calling card and later it was solved through this forum. Now again, the balance in my account was suddenly became zero. I had around 600 rupees in my balance and it was recharged on 31st or 30th May and the recharged amount was 650/-.and it has 60 days validity. I did not use that much money from my account. I had to check my balance by dialing *348 and to make a call I have to add *375 before any number. I Tried to call customer care and its not connecting properly and no response. I want my balance money back sir. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com Kindly help me in this regard. Thanking you Johnson, Chennai
