Reliance Communications — STD calling card balance become zero

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Dear sir, Five days before suddenly my STD calling card account balance became zero. I was having around Rs.600 in my balance. It was only recharged on 30th of May and it has 60 days validity.I have been using Reliance std calling card for many years. No response from the customer care as they themselves don't know about this service. From outside they cannot check the balance in the STD calling card and only from mobile I have to dial *348. But when I dial, it says balance is zero and I am not able to make the call. My mobile no is[protected] CDMA post paid connection. my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. My previous complaint also was solved only through this consumer complaints. I need my balance money back, please. Kindly help me in this regard, Johnson, Chennai
