Reliance Communications — STD calling card balance become zero

Dear sir, One week before suddenly my STD calling card account became zero. I was having around Rs.600 in my balance. It was only recharged on 30th of May and it has 60 days validity.I have been using Reliance std calling card for many years. No response from the customer care as they themselves dont know about this service. From outside they cannot check the balace in the STD caling card and only from mobile I have to dial *348. But when I dial, it says balance is zero and I am not able to make the call. My mobile no is[protected] post paid connection. my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.
