On 01/04/2023 mobile was stolen and lodfraudster.ged complaint with the police.Two sims(airtel jio) were with the mobile. Got airtel sim within hours submitting aadhaar card.But while issuing jio sim, biometric error due digilocker app installed in the stolen mobile..without the sim digilocker cannot me assessed. visited several jio stores and they insist the biometric.Got airtel sim but still jio is not responding. they are not even block the no for the timebeing.If any financial fraud happens, who will be held responsible? While contacting the customercare staff, no proper guidance and treating me as a fraudster.
