Reliance Communications — Successful recharge of reliance gsm, sim but got no credit no plan activated | |||||
Sir, With regret to say that i have recharged in my reliance gsm sim for an amount of rs 74 from my nearer retailer shop. No amount has been received by me and i am not able to contact from customer care by dialling 198 or *333. This recharge was done on[protected] at 08:18 pm. While recharging i just received a sms for successful recharge. Retailer shop is not able to solve my problem and denying for payment refund. I recharged for rs 74 and i am old customer. According to retail shop man rs 74 pack is for new user [frc recharge]. As per plan rs 50 will be full talk time and local 25 paisa and std 30 paisa. Is frc applies to existing users. Please solve my problem as early as possible. Hope for my credit, my recharge successful by your support. I already sent my complain on email id [protected]@relianceada.com on[protected] but no response i have got till date.
