On 23rd May I have requested to your customer care id through email regarding surrender of my no.[protected], and asked for a bill from 10th May(new bill cycle) to 23rd May.But no reply, 25th and 31st may again I email it to you but no reply again.
When you called me up to give reminder for my outstanding bill amt that time also I told about my email that i have already requested for surrender and I asked you to give me the outstanding till 23rd of May.But you people raised the bill every month .I have kept the records of your phone calls also, you people everytime called me up for payment but you didn't take any action to stop the broadband no.
This time I received the bill in October which you send me through courier to pay the due amount.I don't want to keep the due, but I'll pay the amount from 10th May to 23rd of May only.
So just send a fresh bill and I'll pay.
