I had shifted my 3 phone numbers from tata docom and bsnl numbers to reliance from then on i am facing lot of problem in the connectivity and v v v v v v v poor quality of voice... To attend one call i am suppose to do 2to3 calls to complete the phone call... And i had lost few customers because of that... I had complained several times but of no use and there is no action is been taken Was this information helpful? | |||

I M calling in reliance communication customer care from last one week for new connection of wi-fi and land line. Every customer executive receive all information and say our executive contact you in 24 hours. I have called 7 to 8 times ans. Is same no one contact for connection. Very unexpected service of reliance communication.

I recharged my account with Rs.178 for 10 gb.
I got it recharged on 28-27april, 2016 for cdma. But I didn't received it in my account. I confirmed the no. with vendor on customer care request. But it was a fault on your side. I want my dta pack to be activated as I have paid for it.Please look into the matter.

My reliance cdma no. is [protected].In that number I did not activate VAS. still the amount of 24 rupees became minus from my account on the date of 15 mar 2016.Again the amount of 3 rupees cut from my a/c on 20 Mar 2016. Please verify /check and take action accordingly.

I am unable to get incoming call but able to do call and getting as mobile is switched off .
