Dear sir, Since i can not bear your 4g charges i request you close my Account. My data card no :- [protected] under the name s. Ramesh. My last bill payment receipt is attached herewith for ref. I contacted 5 times through customer care. They repeatedly telling In another 24 hrs our person will talk to you. But no contact has been made from Your end and now they followed a new technic to block my mobile number. Is this the way you treat a customer. Finally one lady her name hena asked for My address and i told, for that, sorry our record is not matching. I am residing in own house for the past 12 years my address proof in all documents have same address. How that lady is telling like i dont know, after that only my mobile number is blocked time 11.20hrs date 25/08/2016. I dont want your service at all even if you give free of cost. They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY
Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .
