Dear Sir After 3 months, finally i got a call from customer care from reliance to close my net connection they took service request[protected], and wrong billing request no:[protected] Got a mail from RCOM We acknowledge your email dated October 17, 2016 for your Reliance number [protected] and regret the delay in response. As per telephonic conversation had with you on your alternate contact number [protected] today, regarding billling and sevice termiantion issue and same has been addressed. We regret the inconvenience caused to you and take this as a feedback to improve our services to meet your expectations. As per the details checked, services of your number are suspended due to billing. Regarding Service Termiantion: Your request has been registered vide Service Request ID:[protected] and same will be resolved latest by 11:00 AM November 02, 2016 The monthly rental is applicable as long as the services of your number are active. During the suspension of the services, you will not be charged for the monthly rental. The services of your number will be suspended within 7 days. You will receive a call from us within 7 days to process your request. Regarding Billing: Kindly note that waiver of Rs.402.5/- has been posted in your account on October 15, 2016 for the statement period of September 05 to October 04, 2016 and the same will be reflected in your subsequent bill. Your complaint has been registered vide Service Request ID:[protected] and same will be resolved latest by 11:30 AM October 21, 2016.
