[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — to pay back all the payments done due to your executive is unable to change my postpaid plan in prepaid

I had gone to your reliance office to change my postpaid plan to prepaid. They have said to me to pay all the outstanding but now they are saying that it is not possible to change your number in prepaid plan. They have advised me to port my number to other networks. If you cannot change my plan into prepaid please pay back all my payments i have done for this and close my number for always.
