[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Tower issue

I musarrat khursheed owner of house no 15/109-110 trilokpuri new delhi 110091 given teress of our house on rent for tower and getting rent regularly till jan 2016. Now i am not getting rent for last seven month due to some local adminisrative issue of trilokpuri local residing people.
The local people obstract the personnel of relaince and hurdel the service of tower.
But as contract of aggreement as lanloard our resposibility is only providing taress on rent all obligation regarding tower installing and service would be of relaince. All should taking care by relaince right of the way department.
Kindly help us otherwise i will take legal action.

please release our due payment(eight month rent from feb 2016 to till date) in my account.i have given you key of my terress lock.You can manage local people what they wanted and why they obstracting you for using tower take help of local administration(POLICE STATION MAYUR VIHAR PHASE I) too.

Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by mussarrat khursheed Earlier we had met your person Mr Aamir(Cell no [protected] and Mr Pancham(Cell no: [protected]) they supporting little bit but said your case now looking after by relaince right of the way department, commecial Mr Rajeev Sharda(Cell no [protected]), Only he can start your tower payment.We approach them also.
Your commercial dept(ROW Department) personel Mr Rajeev Sharda(Cell no [protected]) not co operating for resolving the issue.He demanding a letter from us for removing tower from my terres.
We are not intrested in removing tower from my terres.
THIS WAS THE ONLY INCOME OF my family other than my small pension as wedower of central government employee .
Now as your instruction we approaching toward that Reliance communication customer care office also.
