Reliance Communications — Unable to change billing cycle and suddenly changed billing cycle | |||
My plan was jalsa397 and suddenly it was change to 794. I have tried menty times to get proper resolution from customer care but till date no resolution. Also tried to change the billing plan but still it is same. Customer and local store executing not giving me proper responce. Since may i have visited 30-40 times at near local reliance store regarding the issue and till date no resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||
