[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Unacceptable services from Reliance authorised Service centre in Pune, Maharashtra

Hi, I am an existing customer of Reliance Pro 3 having ZTE AC 3633 device with Rs 999/- postpaid plan in Pune, Maharashtra (Connection Number: [protected]). I bought this dongle in February, 2015 and currently the device is under warranty. My Issue goes like this: At first I have complained many times for the improper internet speed I was getting and that issue never resolved but now, for last 8 days my dongle have some technical issues and it is not working. I called customer care in[protected] and I was informed that the authorized service center near me is: SHRIRAM COMMUNICATIONS, NAKHATE MARKET, SHOP NO. 5, MAIN ROAD, KALEWADI, CHINCHWAD, PUNE - 411033. I went to the service center on 10:20 AM 2nd July, 2015 and the owner there told me that I have to call him after 7-8 working days just to check the status of my dongle. I tried to contact him on the phone but his no. was switched off. So to check the status when I visited the service center on i.e. 4th July, he told me that he has not yet checked the dongle. Now, I just want to ask you what kind of service is this from a reputed brand like Reliance. Does it take so many days to check for the issue in the device? The concerned person at the service center was not even interested to answer my queries. Neither was it looking like an authorized service center from any angle. I have registered for Rs. 999/- postpaid plan, and you tell me why should I pay the bill for these days when my product is at the service center (dongle is under warranty). So this is their responsibility that the device is having some technical issues being under warranty and just for more information there was no external damage caused to the device that can lead to this malfunction. I want Reliance netconnect team to look into the issue and make sure that below mentioned points will be considered. 1) The dongle is serviced as soon as possible. If it has any issue, replace my device. 2) For this month my bill will be calculated on PRO RATA basis in the same way as it was calculated in the first month of my connection. I will not pay the bill for those days in which the device was at so called service center. Looking forward to get my issues resolved at the earliest. Shivam Bhatnagar

This is to inform you that I have got no call.
For last some days I just receive a message that "You spoke to PADMA from Reliance. Were younsatisfied with your interaction. Reply Yes or No"
I mean I don't understand what is this.I received no call and later Reliance send me this message.
I just want assurance that I will not be charged foe the time when my device is at the service centre.
