[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unauthorised deduction of mobile balance

An amount of Rs 21(Rs.21 x2 =Rs.42) has been deducted from my reliance GSM mob no-[protected] as VAS ADPAY GSM on 9th September 2015 & 16th September 2015 while there is no any such service is activated on my number. Customer care also did not reply accordingly. Please help me to get refund of my amount. Thanking you, Madhu Sudan Sharma

Dear Sir,

After assurance given by reliance that VAS pack on my mobile has been deactivated., today(24/09/2015) again Rs. 21.00 has been deducted from my balances for the same pack.
same thing is happening every week.
