[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unauthorised upgrade to 4g | |
I am Reliance 3G Postpaid user for more than 3years. I have received calls from Customer Care during recent months to upgrade to 4G and I have declined them all. I have NOT availed a 4G sim or dongle from Reliance. On September, I received a message that my account has been automatically upgraded to 4G. This is not authorized by me and it is unacceptable to charge me for a service, which I have not availed. I have already contacted the customer care but have not received any response. For billing cycle, from 20-Aug-2016 to 19-Sep-2016, I have been charged for 4G/5GB data plan. I do not wish to upgrade to Reliance 4G in the future as well. Also since 3G service is not available anymore, I don’t have any bill-payment obligations towards Reliance. My bill payments for all the 3G services are already complete.
