[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unfair bill pay demand for [protected] for which network not worked | |||
Reliance netconnnect was not at all working for the August month and now Reliance is demanding me to pay the Bill 850 Rs. I was having 999 plan for 40GB but I used hardly 1 GB with lot of Frustration and irritation (Mostly disconnected all the time). I got only 2G speed (max 145 kbps). Customer care told amount will be waived off once the Bill is generated. As usual, now Reliance changed the words and demanding the bill. This is utter nonsense and cheating the customers. Every single time Reliance is cheating customers. (so unreliable) I have complete records of the Reliance Customer care telling me the bill will be waived off. Enough is enough now. Time to go to Courts. I'm asking Reliance for which address I should send the Legal Notice (prepared by senior Criminal Prosecutor). Was this information helpful? | |||
