On 1st october 2016, i made a request over phone to deactivate the services related to the number [protected]. This number was not associated with any 4g. The representative mentioned that within 7 - 15 days my services will be terminated.
I never received any confirmation about cancellation. Moreover, i did not even opt for switching over to 4g. However, i have received a bill for the period of 25th september to 24th october 2016 which states the charges billed for 4gdatavoice_mu plan.
On online chat with the customer care representatives on 1st november 2016, i got two contradicting responses. One of the reps said that the services have already been cancelled and the bill is for cancellation charges - which the bill clearly does not state so
The other rep said that the number got transferred to 4g and i have to pay for the data used - this is not possible because the services on the card got suspended and i have not even purchased any 4g instrument.
I am not sure where this will end. Please sort this out.
