[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unlimited plan 199

My number is [protected]. I had recharged with 199 three days before which is unlimited plan for 28 days since then in between for some time only i m able to call other numbers otherwise not. Every time when i call it says number is busy even the number is not busy. Only i m able to call reliance numbers. After that i called customer care every time they are saying that it will be resolved shortly but it is still not resolved. So kindly look into the above matter and do the needful.
