Reliance Communications — Unneccesary Deduction Of Balance from Main Balance account & STD mins not updated in my account | |||
Dear Sir, My reliance no is [protected]. On 20 Apr 2015 I have successfully recharge of Rs 41 Minutes Pack & I have got 85 STD Min. There is total balance Rs80 in my Main Balance account.But when I am calling to STD numbers my main balance got deducted & it's now showing Rs 37 & STD mins is showing 0(ZERO). This is really a poor worst service by Reliance GSM. Kindly I request you to please update my Main Balance & STD Mins in my account ASAP.
