[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unnecessarily activation of value added service | |||||
Unnecessarily activating value added service from companies behalf on prepaid sim and when calling customer care, they do not support instead they cut phone when i again calling to cutomer care they donot pick up. In 1 day, they have activated 3 VAS to distrub customers and customer care not support at all and donot refund the payment deducted. Was this information helpful? | |||||

After complaint still same issue is not resolved. In my bal. Unnecessarily deducting amount and saying activation of value added service which not activated by me. All the time company itself activate the VAS to deduct customers bal. I had complaint same to customer care many many time but issue is still issue, no reslove at all and today again my bal deducted for the same reason by co.
