Hi Mr.Ajay, My name is Sanket shah and I checked my mobile msgs and found that your company is deducting unnecessary balance deductions on account of VAS and till date 114 rupees have been deducted so far. I am sick of it and will raise it to TRAI and consumer court claiming reimbursement for these unethical business practices that your co is following. Please have your team validate these charges and initiate refund. This has become a very usual practice and you being the head should have a control on this.
