Dear Sir/Mam,
I've a Reliance CDMA No [protected] (Kharagpur, West Bengal). On 31st Dec 2015, after or around 4.25 pm my balance went blank suddenly as I had called a number around 4.15 pm for 5 mins n after that call I got SMS of remaining balance ₹ 43.50. And when in the evening I tried to call another number, I got message that I'm having insufficient balance, so I checked my balance and it was shoung zero (0) and Net balance was around 707 MB. So, I'm unable to understand where my money went off?
After that I tried to call Customer Care on 198 & *333, but going through all the IVRS options, unable to connect to CC Representative. After all the IVRS Options, it says thak you for calling to Reliance & not letting me connect to CC Representative.
I also went to Local Reliance Store to complain about it. Ther are saying that they can't help me, I will have to call to Customer Care only and complain there. I've told them that I'm unable to contact CC representative. Still they are saying I need to contact to Customer Care only and complain there.
And after inqurying whether I can access Net as I've got Net Balance with Zero Main Balance, and they said Yes I can access. But my Net was also not working and my Net balance was showing 707 MB.
Later in the midnight I recharged my number with ₹ 220, to call and message my peers as it was new year, but after few minutes my balance was reduced to ₹37.40.
Now, I don't know what to do and where to complain as on 198 & *333 I'm unable to register my complain and Local Reliance Store people are saying they can't help me.
What should I do, and where should I complain, so that I can get my Money back? Was this information helpful? |
