[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unnecessary balance deductions | |||||
I have reliance prepaid no. [protected] and from last few days I have received some notification from no. RM-58787 and balance deducted from my no. The details of notification given below: 1). Message received on 17/03/2017 at 22:01 state that:- You have been successfully subscribed to ShemMoviSub60 service for 8 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 4052 to 155223(Toll Free). 2). Message received on 21/03/2017 at 21:37 and state that:- You have been successfully subscribed to TinyTVSub35 service for 7 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 4057 to 155223(Toll Free). I don't have made any subscription for such services. Please investigate these type of automatic activation of services. Please initiate the balance refund as soon as possible. I recharged my no. [protected] yesterday night with ₹20 & today suddenly ₹10 was cut from my main balance even without making a single call or sms. This is doing fraud with consumers and it is happening regularly with me.
