[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unnecessary bill generation | |||||
Hi, Reliance number- [protected] Relationship number- [protected] I have written several mails to reliance customer care on how I have been unnecessarily billed for 4G usage but there seems to be no response from them. My wi pod dongle stopped working since mid july 2016 and i did not buy the new 4G wi pod. I also requested to terminate my connection but they didnt. On 18 th october 2016, i received a call from +91 [protected] (10.50 am) and introduced himself as kumar and said that he was callin me from the Reliance legal team. He told me that I had not paid the bill and I explained him the entire scenario. He then said he would give me a waiver and asked me to pay Rs 300/- and he would cancel the connection.I agreed and paid the amount but as promised he did not send me any cancellation mail. Today I got a call from +91 [protected]. I missed the call and called the same number at 5.08 pm. They said the same thing again about non payment and I asked for a supervisor to talk to. Then a lady named Bhavani answered the call and started abusing, calling me a defaulter. She then threatened about legal notice and asked me to come to chennai high court tomorrow!! Seriously?? Never seen customer care at this level!! Request you to check the call details at the time stamp provided and ensure proper resolution. Well I do not understand how do you treat this as resolved when I have not received any notification from you?
I am still getting messages stating that a case has been filed in Lok Adalat!!
