[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unnecessary deduction from my prepaid reliance number | |||||
Respected Sir/Madam, Most respectfully and sincerely i Amit Kumar, a customer of Reliance Communication having prepaid mobile number:+91-[protected] wants to state that on[protected] at around 2 a.m. i was browsing the internet but suddenly a page opened and a service namely SHOTFORMODLSUB30 sevice activated for 15 days, for which i havenot subscribed for(At around 2:17 a.m.). I tried to call to 198 at the same time but i cannot communicate to the reliance customer care and after that several times i tried to contact with customer care (198) but it became fruitless.i also sent the sms given for unsubscription which worked out, but my amount deducted must be refunded to me as i havenot subscribed for. This problem has happened to me several times but i want a clear response from them.I want my balance to be refunded back. Please look into the matter and do the needful.
