Reliance Communications — Unnecessary deduction of balance amount. | |||
This is in regards to my mobile no.[protected] with Reliance communication service, When 2 days back my mobile data pack was not connecting, i was told Account balance is low, hence need to recharge with minimum balance. So i reached with Rs.120 of talk time, today this morning again my mobile data was not connecting, when contacted, i realised all my balance was deducted, as my data consumption has crossed 1GB of limit. But when checked, i still have 1.9 mb of 3G balance, still need to know why total of 120Rs was deducted. I am trying to reach customer care 3 times since morning, but every time their system down is under maintenance. Had heard Reliance communication does cheat business to the customers, today got to experience also. Kindly help me out in the same. Once 3 months service is complete, i shall surely port to some other service & would suggest not to go with Reliance mobile communication ever . Was this information helpful? | |||

Still, yet to see any confirmation from the team.
As i was promised, that deducted amount would be reverted.
I just have received message saying Service request issue has been resolved, but havent got any clear communication.
Was told by 14th April, it would be resolved, yet to see any concrete revert.

Kind attention Consumer Complaint team.
Looks there is no satisfactory solution expected, as it been a case of small amount.
But i would expect you to escalate as much possible, coz for a middle class common man, such case would be ignored.
This telecom service providers are almost everyone the same,
Since a common man doesnt raise ány voice against this CHEAT business, this issues are ignored.
But i would request, to be taken seriously, or this people are taking it for granted.
