[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unnecessary deduction of money

I, Aarif Abu Waquar having a reliance mobile number - [protected]. I don't have any VAS pack activated and yet your company is just deducting my money from my main balance and it is the third time or maybe fourth time happening with me. when i tried to stop the vas pack it mentioned that there is no such pack activated on this number. Then why this deduction. See to this as soon as possible and solve my problem at the earliest and assure me that it wont happen again . And also i want all my deducted money back. Last time it was approximate rupees 25 deducted and it happened again. This time its like = 20 rupees. so I would like you to see to this problem as soon as possible and stop the deduction of my money. I want my money refunded at the earliest. I am sending the screenshot of both the money deduction messages and the deactivation process messages for your convinience.
