Reliance Communications — Unnecessary Deduction of money from prepaid mobile no. account

On 8th June I had about 220+ rupees in my prepaid mobile no. [protected] and I also bought the 40RS local plan that day that allows u to make local calls at 20p/s for 1st 225 mins and 50p/s post that.But then the next day I had only 160 rs left and similarly the money on my prepaid no. kept deducting and on 14th June I had only 30Rs remaining and I swear that I didn't talk more than 50 mins in the whole week and and never bought any other value added service or any other service.So where did my money go??The customer care no. disconnects the calls and when once on a thousand tries by chance if some customer care officer picks up my call then they say that they are having technical issues and say to call later.I mean what the hell is this going on...This fake company should just should down and stop making money illegally and by stealing from customers.
