6 years back 1st marketing team of them sold me broadband with false speed commitment. On 3 rd, i called customer care and asked them to discontinue. They assured me that billing shall not be generated and someone shall collect device. But after one month i got rs. 1904/- bill. When i asked them, that how this bill is generated they said you used device so have to pay bill. Now i am getting continues sms, from irfan:[protected] (Caf-[protected]) for legal action...
This is harashment and cheating (As not provided speed, but asking for bill).
