[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unnecessary VAS USSD charges were imposed | |||||
I am using Reliance prepaid sim card (number [protected]). They are charging me periodically 1/2/3 rs. saying amount charged for VAS USSD Services Rs 3.00 I asked customer care for this but they are saying i have subscribed for the services. I am not sure which services, so I tried sending message MYVAS to 55333 to check for which services I have subscribed. To my surprise, there was no services for which I have subscribed. I need to know why my balance is being deducted like this. It feels very sad. Please check this. I guess many users are facing the same issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
