Reliance Communications — Unrequired/Unrequested VAS services charges applicable and Extra deduction on [protected]

Sir, I tried so many times to connect with the customer care but could not. Unrequired/Unrequested VAS services charges deducted from my main balance (INR12) Extra charges deducted from my Main balance in favour of internet usage of (INR 50) however I was having the internet data pack with remaining data. I set the mobile data limit every time on the day I activate it. On the day my balance was deducted, I was having remaining internet balance. Please refer the attached screen shots here for each issue. Yesterday I activated the internet data plan and it was activated after six hours by so much efforts made.
