Reliance Communications — unsatisfactory services on call records.of [protected]

As per my request for call records, i received by Email in excel formate, which was confusing to understand, "who called to whom"which are out, missed & received calls, what about sms done?.I tried many times to there toll free no.but reply was 'do not have knowledge, there after i did mail on [protected]@relianceada.com yet no any reply has come.My request no.was[protected] dated 15APR2015. It is my request to you please look into the matter and oblige.
