[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unscrupulous deduction from the mobile balance for SMS. | |||
I have got special recharge for Rs.39/- for 500 free SMS from Paytm on[protected] and received SMS as the recharge was successful and Rs. 39/- was deducted from my Paytm valet. The old validity was upto[protected]. On[protected] I have sent 16 SMSs and noticed that Rs. 16/- was unscrupulously deducted from my mobile balance. Therefore, today I lodged a complaint with Reliance customer care. But my issue was not settled. Therefore, this complaint is for necessary pursuit.
