[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unscrupulous deduction from the Prepaid account without usage | |
I am using a Sim of reliance comm. in [protected]. I have lodged a complaint to customer care of Reliance communications on 13th of August, 2015 as Rs. 30/- was abruptly deducted from my cell balance on 12th of august, 2015. On 13th I received a message from the company that my usage was correctly charged. Responding to it I immediately requested the statement of outgoing calls including the duration of each call. Without sending the desired statement they have again reduced my balance of Rs. 10/- on 17th of this month and later Rs. 4/- on 21st of this month bringing my balance to 0.022 leaving no opportunity even to give a missed call. I recorded everyday’s usage and therefore, I got strong grounds to defend my case.
I did not recharge it because I want to check the truthfulness of the organization. It is the cheap trick they are playing be reducing the balance without the knowledge of the customer in order to go for early recharge. This is the unscrupulous activity the organization is taking up to improve their resources. By offering lesser prices for calls by introducing various tariffs and in order to pool up their resources this unscrupulous activity is being taken up. This month I lost Rs. 44/- by the treacherousness of the esteemed organization. I request that this complaint may be registered as petition and necessary action may be initiated for the unlawful activities of the organization causing mental and physical agony to the complainant..

It is not that what you have been informed and you have satisfied with their response. It is also your concern to furnish the information to the customer at least to prove himself that he is wrong. It is not only create a congenial atmosphere between the customer and the company it enhances the trust on your esteemed organization. I have requested to furnish the details of outgoing calls on 12th of August, 2015 to check the list I got with me. Similarly another posting was also made in the same forum for the sudden disappearance of Rs. 30/- from the outstanding pre-paid balance bringing down to Zero. This goes on continuing unless you stick on to statutory procedure in congruence or consistency with transparency. It is not that I wanted to compensate, I need how the deduction of Rs. 44/- was made from my balance? I think you would respond to it.
