"It is not that what you have been informed and you have satisfied with their response. It is also your concern to furnish the information to the customer at least to prove himself that he is wrong. It is not only create a congenial atmosphere between the customer and the company it enhances the trust on your esteemed organization. I have requested to furnish the details of outgoing calls on 12th of August, 2015 to check the list I got with me. Similarly another posting was also made in the same forum for the sudden disappearance of Rs. 30/- from the outstanding pre-paid balance bringing down to Zero. This goes on continuing unless you stick on to statutory procedure in congruence or consistency with transparency.
