[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Unwanted Bill generating after deactivation | |
Hi, my reliance data card number is [protected] and I have raised for an issue regarding plan changes without my knowledge. After posting the issue in consumer complaints, my issue got cleared but a new issue has been raised for me. According to my previous complaint my issue has been resolved, but I have raised the deactivation request on August 22 through email and also through Reliance retail showroom. I also got a call from reliance customer care telling that my 4G sim card will be deactivated within 15 days. But the next day my 4G sim card was deactivated. Later on I was getting bills for this 4G sim number telling me that I need to pay the newly generated bills. I don't know what for bills has been generated after deactivating my account. for Sep 2016 and Oct 2016 I have got Rs.450 something as the bills. Right now I cant even login into by reliance portal to check the bill amount and to raise a ticket. Even after resetting the password I couldn't able to login to my account. It seems they are blocking my account. They have started to cheat in all aspects by generating wrong bills for my deactivated account. Was this information helpful? | |
