Sir i am using reliance data modem from many years (ambala cantt), and i was quite satisfied also but from last 3 month i am facing problem with this modem. your local customer care center converted my modem to 3g and till then i am not able to use it. and employees in customer care center are not providing satisfactory service. I am fedup of all this so plz close my connection. no is [protected] and the name of your employee with which i am in regular contact is miss anjali from karnal station and her no is [protected].
