[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Value added services | |||
The company has charged Rs.30 unjustifiably by activating Value Added Services to my mobile no. [protected] on 04 Oct 2015, I checked it on 22 Oct 2015 and talked to the customer care representative they replied that they can retreat 3 day prior data only. And showed their helplessness in refunding the charged amount. So, I am lodging complaint against Reliance communications for justice. Was this information helpful? | |||
