[Resolved] Reliance Communications — VAS One 97 activation without consent | |||
Without my knowledge and consent, Reliance communications charged me Rs.10/- twice for VAS One97 subscription and this information was known to me by their SMS. I have neither requested for any such VAS subscription nor permitted anyone to debit any amount from my main balance. This activation has to be deactivated immediately and the amounts debited towards the same have to be credited to my account with immediate effect. One more request is to guide the Telecom companies to avoid such acts of activating their services without their clients' knowledge and debiting amounts from their accounts without their consent.
