Card Number[protected] Termination Request number[protected],[protected] Issue - Even after raising termination request twice for disconnecting the service, they still keeping the connection active and bill getting generated Desired resolution - Permanent termination of connection. No more bills to be send to my mailid. Complaint in detail Took reliance netconnect data card from Accenture office at Divyasree tech park at White field on mid of February 2015. The data card provided initially was faulty and we were not able to connect to internet. We returned the card next day and waited for almost 20 days in getting the new datacard. Bill was send for monthly usage and we requested complaint[protected] for a waver through the agent in Accenture( Request numbers - [protected], [protected]). These request were raised for 2 months of due to faulty card.We recieved bills for both months and expected the waver to happen and even after calling the customer service also waver was not granted. So we remitted all the pending amount and raised request for termination of the data card on 9th May[protected].Next day i got a call from Reliance back end team for activating a 2GB offer for 3 months. I said i am not interested in any plans and told to cancel the connection. Later on May 14th when i called the customer service, again they told the card is still in active status and 2GB plan is activated. I was shocked on hearing this. I never confirmed them on new data plan.Without my permission they have activated it. Again on 14th May i raised another request for termination[protected].And yesterday when i called them, they told that they called me back on 16th on which I agreed on activating the same 2GB plan, as they have convinced me in resolving the network issue which i was facing. A clear fabricated story.I never got any call for like that.Now when i call the customer service, they are not connecting to the next level for raising termination request.Keeping my phone on hold for 30 mins and disconnecting . I tried 3 -4 times in vain. I DON'T WANT RELIANCE SERVICE ANYMORE HELP ME OUT IN CLEARING THIS ISSUE . Was this information helpful? | |||
