Reliance Communications — Very poor network after converting into 4g

From last 2 months there is very serious problem in network

We have been using [protected], [protected] from last 7-10 years
But after converting into 4g the network service is very poor.
We called to customer care but no response from them
No response from network team

We are very disappointed with reliance service now.
Do the needful as soon as possible
